Clock Warranty Policy
1-Year Warranty Pana Objects clocks are built to last. We provide a 1-year warranty on the clock movement (mechanism) starting from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty covers technical defects in the movement, such as the clock failing to keep time or stopping under normal usage conditions.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidental drops, impact, unauthorized repairs, use of incorrect battery types, or exposure to extreme humidity and direct sunlight.
Post-Warranty Service We believe in the longevity of our products. Even after the 1-year warranty has expired, we continue to offer a Movement Replacement Service.
If your clock encounters any issues after the warranty period, you can send it back to our studio for a professional movement replacement.
Service Fee: A nominal fee for replacement parts and shipping will apply.

Wood Nature & Care Instructions
Nature of Wood: Natural wood is a living material. It may slightly expand or contract depending on the humidity and temperature of the environment. This is a completely normal natural characteristic of solid wood and is strictly not considered a manufacturing defect.
Care Instructions: To preserve the timeless beauty and texture of the wood, please avoid placing the product in highly humid areas or under direct sunlight. For cleaning, simply wipe gently with a clean, soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
