• Preparation Time: Due to the fine craftsmanship and high detailing of Pana Objects, we require 1-2 business days to conduct a thorough quality check and securely pack your order.

• Premium Packaging: Every item is wrapped in multiple layers of protective padding and placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box. This ensures maximum protection against any impact that could affect the natural wood or internal mechanisms.

• Delivery Method: Orders are shipped via SPX Express. You can track your parcel status 24/7 directly through our website.

Returns & Exchanges

We take immense pride in the quality of every crafted piece that leaves our studio. If the product you receive does not meet our standards, we gladly offer exchanges or returns under the following conditions:

1. Shipping Damage

• If the outer packaging is severely damaged or the product inside arrives broken/defective due to transit, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt.

• Evidence Required: An unboxing video must be recorded while opening the parcel to serve as proof for claiming a replacement.

2. Manufacturing Defects

• We will immediately exchange any item with flaws originating from the manufacturing process that affect its functionality or structure (e.g., imperfect wood joints, faulty mounting mechanisms, or incorrect structural proportions).

• Inspection: The defect must be identified prior to use or immediately upon initial use, and reported to our team within 7 business days.

3. Exclusions (Important Note)

• Nature of Wood: Because our primary material is natural wood, variations in wood grain, knots, and natural color shades are strictly not considered manufacturing defects. They are the unique, inherent signatures of each individual piece.

• Usage: We do not accept returns or exchanges for damages resulting from improper use, accidental drops, or inappropriate storage conditions after the product has been received.
