: สั่งซื้อผ่านทางหน้า PRODUCTS ได้ด้วยการกดที่เครื่องหมาย Add To Cart และเลือกชำระเงินตามขั้นตอนที่ปรากฎ (การสั่งซื้อในช่องทางนี้รองรับระบบ Paypal และการโอนเงิน(เฉพาะประเทศไทยเท่านั้น)
ช่องทางที่ 2: E-mail Order
: สั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านทางช่อง e-mail แจ้งสินค้าที่ลูกค้าสนใจมาที่ e-mail: contact@pana-objects.com โดยระบบจะส่ง e-mail ยืนยันการสั่งสินค้ากลับไปเพื่อแจ้งรายละเอียดและยอดการสั่งซื้อสินค้า ลูกค้าโอนเงินชำระค่าสินค้าและส่งหลักฐานการโอนเงินมาที่ e-mail: contact@pana-objects.com
*การซื้อสินค้าจะมีผลต่อเมื่อชำระเงินแล้ว หลังจากได้รับเอกสารยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ กรุณาชำระเงินภายใน 48 ชม.
ช่องทางที่ 3: Whole sale order
หากต้องการสั่งซื้อสินค้าจำนวนมาก สามารถสอบถามรายละเอียดได้ที่ contact@pana-objects.com
: หากต้องการสั่งสินค้าจำนวนมาก (ยอดตั้งแต่ 30,000 บาทขึ้นไป) กรุณายืนยันการสั่งซื้อเพื่อผลิตสินค้าด้วยการชำระเงินจำนวน 50% และชำระส่วนที่เหลือในวันส่งมอบสินค้า
How to order
Order type 1 : E-shopping cart order
: Access E-shopping cart system by click at “Add to cart” in the “Products” page and choose your payment method as shown in the system
(we support Paypal system and direct bank transfer for Thailand order only)
Order type 2 : Email order
: You can contact us at contact@pana-objects.com and describe your order inquiries together with contact address.
The system will reply you back with your order confirmation and payment detail email.
Please complete the payment and send us back your payment or bank transfer receipt within 48 hours.
*your order will only be effective when your payments process is complete and we receive your payment or bank transfer receipt.
Order type 3 : Whole sale order
: For your inquiries please contact us via contact@pana-objects.com
* if the amount of an order is more than 30,000 thai baht, an advance 50 percent deposit will be applied for your order confirmation. Another half can be payable upon the package arrival date.

การส่งระหว่างประเทศ
: ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกระบบการส่งสินค้าได้ทั้งระบบการส่ง EMS โดยไปรษณีย์ไทย
การส่งภายในประเทศ
: สินค้าทุกชิ้น จะถูกส่งผ่าน EMS หรือไปรษณีย์ด่วนพิเศษ โดยไปรษณีย์ไทย (Thailand Post) ซึ่งจะใช้เวลาภายใน 1-3 วันขึ้นอยู่กับแต่ละพื้นที่
Shipping
For international order
: Customer can choose between EMS by Thailand postal service or Door-to-door service by a leading courier such as DHL, FedEX or UPS (shipping rate will depends on product and the quantity of your order which will be described in the order confirmation email)
For Thailand address order
: Every shipment will be deliver by EMS via Thailand postal service which will take 1-3 days depends on your address.
หลังจากดำเนินการส่งสินค้าแล้ว ระบบจะส่ง Tracking Number ไปที่ e-mail เพื่อลูกค้าสามารถติดตามสถานะการส่งสินค้า

After your shipment have been dispatched from the courier we will email you a tracking number for your package as soon as possible.

Pana objects ไม่รับคืนสินค้าไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ แต่ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนได้ตามแต่กรณีไป โดยจะต้องแจ้งทันทีหลังจากได้รับสินค้า ไม่เกิน 24 ชั่วโมง ที่ (+66)8 8499 8090 หรือ e-mail : contact@pana-objects.com

Pana Objects will not take a responsibility for refund any damaged item unless it is the result from a production defection or a damage happen during shipping process.
If you believe that your purchase is damaged by such circumstance described above. Please contact us with any contact detail within 24 hours and we will exchange your damaged goods with a new one.
